Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all VLONE tags and security seals intact to qualify for a return.
Submit Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photo evidence of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping box.
Dispatch Shipment
Ship the package using a trackable courier service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your store credit will be issued.
